fp: bounenkai egashira-ken

1st Bounenkai untuk tahun ni dgn Egashira-ken (Egashira Lab), dan diadakan di Bangkok Kitchen @ Jiyugaoka. Sebenarnya bukan lab sendiri but lab mama….hehehe. But sbb kami mmg dah kenal dgn Egashira Sensei, sblm ni pernah pi rumah dia dgn anak2 etc. Mmg sedap2 makanan yg diorder esp. makanan yg biasanya tak boleh makan sbb ada daging etc. Salah seorang student lab tu org Thai dan dia pun buat part time job di Bangkok Kitchen, so dpt la dia mintak chef buatkan special menu. Semua yg dlm menu asal ada daging diganti dgn seafoods. Ni kira kali kedua dpt makan makanan Thai selepas kali terakhir kami makan masa pergi ke Narathiwat masa melawat saudara mara belah mama di sana. Dari appetizer sampai ke pencuci mulut ….dapat merasa mangga dgn pulut dan santan.
